Well deserved plaudits for Kaide, telling that his couple of poor games have been team losses this year.
Worth mentioning that we have improved Kaide, Miski, French and Field as players.
Hope we can get more out of Keighran from now on.
I didn't have a clear opinion of Keighran when we signed him, and it's taken a while, but he's got some common ground with Marshy in his approach to the game - no fuss, not excitable, but solid and quietly does a good job for us. Not sure why you single him out?
I agree re Keighran think he is a very good player who doesn’t make a fuss, plus he is a very good goal kicker
I like Adam

Good player but nowhere near Toby King standard so far (imo).

Not trying to "get at" Keighran at all Morley. I like Keighran for the reasons given, I don't think he has caught the eye as much as he did for the Cats yet, been very solid. . My point was more about how the coaching team have improved the other NRL imports but it has taken time, Keighran has the time to improve.

Understood. I didn't think you were having a go, but agree that the coaches' track record suggest that there could be more to come AK. I guess it's about recognising a player's strengths and weaknesses and fitting them into the team (whilst working on the weaknesses, of course).
Junior switching to the left is probably a case in point

I was very doubtful about keighran when we signed him.He didnt set thd world on fire at first but hes definately improving week by week. His defence has improved massively and his attack is getting better.Would love to see him more in space as he seems to have an awesome step

The other thing to consider as well as the coaching staff doing their job to improve players is it often takes at least a season for an overseas player to settle in and show their best.
It’s a big thing to up sticks and move to the other side of the world and how many players have we seen leave SL or leave the NRL because they are homesick? The players that stick it out either in the NRL or going the other way and coming to SL often end up going really well. The best example we have had was Pat Richards who really enjoyed it over here.
Mago started slow as well but is going good and now all our overseas players are hitting the straps I don’t think it’s a coincidence it’s because they will have settled in no doubt aided by the club.

And of course you have to think about a players family as well, wife children, partners settling in too.
Jai Fields partner only comes over part way through the season because of the weather here!

That’s to Jai’s advantage as well as he gets 6 months of the Manchester night life to enjoy
