Excactly mason was in the nrl was fired off due to not bieng up to it , morley has been there 5 years and is still doing the business , as for age whats wrong with 29 he is at his peak .

Hence my "sarcastic smilie" comment - there's some on here that would have players pensioned off if they come from the NRL and are older than about 23.

Heard today we are signing trent barret and adrian morley for free due to discilpinary reasons , the info is sound as its the same bloke who confirmed rads and faz leaving before it was officially annouced , great news , thats what you get when you budget prudently like george osbourne .
We can't sign Barret unless we ditch Moran (or Dallas or Fletcher which is unlikely). So has Moran been sacked for disciplinary reasons?

Why would we want Morely? That would mean we had six props when they are all fit. Logan, Feka, Seu Seu, Prescott, Hargreaves and then Morely.

Dave
Must say after seeing him on Sunday I'm not too sure about Prescott. He looks far too light to be a prop. Maybe he has lost weight through his injury but he needs to bulk up and real fast.

It would appear that barrett is replacing dallas who finishes this season , as for why would we want morley I think is obvious , he is world class , lets stop thinking so conservatively .
I'd like to lodge an opinion- it's hardly conservative thinking to question these two players.Anyway,it's only a rumour so far, you're sticking your neck out with this one

If you mean Barret is coming next season that is an old rumour. Given you said we were signing him I assumed you meant now (or you would not be mentioning an old rumour), not when Dallas retires next season.

Anybody has to be better than moran! he's had plenty of time to 'settle in' now and he's still rubbish! we need a decent player at scrum half who can control the play

I would rather stick my neck out than poke my nose in , a long way I have no doubt .

Neither MAson or Sibbit were regulars not good enough. Morley is class not many people can say different. Hes like NEwton a bit of a liability but will give 110% unlike the clowns we have at the moment. Wish we still had Newton on the books instead of Millwards rent boy as I would have something to look forward to with him returning!
