its a terrible ground. i went last season when we lost about the second game in, it was called the atlantic solutions stadium. i rate it so poorly that i believe its as bad if not worse than leighs.thegimble posted:Went there once the game before the JJB opened and it was a crappy ground back then.Fraggle posted:It'd be a great way of sneaking out without getting abuse from the home fans, they would think I was just going off for some Yorkshire food poisoning.thegimble posted: If you go to the match you can dodge the traffic and go at half time then Fraggle.![]()
I've somehow managed to time holidays, conferences etc so that I miss 3 away games at Belle View this year. Poor old me, Wakefield is such a great place to go to...

Easily one of my least favourite away grounds. I can't think of any good things about the place, except that I've not been since about 2003. Do they still have those dodgy portacabins they call executive boxes?thegimble posted:

How do you think this result will affect wakey next week? It could either make them more determined to win or it could lower their confidence.

Losing one week doesn't seem to make any difference to us the following week...Bring on the Warriors posted:

Going to be a strange sort of match next week but one thing is for certain - if we go there thinking we can score points at will against them we could be in for yet another rude awakening. Just wish we could give it a couple of weeks goings back to basics and getting them right and worrying about field positions and doing anything fancy when once we are up and running again. Pity also that the two new guys are cup tied.
