If he had been done for gross mis-conduct, then he would have had to have done something wrong off the pitch, which i don't thihnk he has. You can't sack someone for gross misconduct if the players aren't doing anything on the pitch!

He has done something wrong of the pitch! tried to coach wigan or should i say tried not to!

He shouldn't need to coach how to pass, catch and tackle, the players should already know how to do this, and tbh the under 8's that we often see playing at other grounds at half time seem to manage it ok, so why can't these professionals?

Ye but he should realise that some of his tactics with these players dont work and change them insted of sticking with the same week in week out!!!
