About 6,000 season ticket holders I think.
I reckon we'll get less than 9,000 and the North Stand won't be open.

Dont we have the highest amount of season ticket sales that the club has ever had right through the history ?
I'm sure the WEP said it was close to 12,000 during the down season.

That's perhaps the Latics, with many people buying season tickets to watch the big name players in the premier league.

Nah the Latics had 15,000 by the end.
Maybe the story i remember reading was that the club were hopeful of selling 12k, or something.
So long ago i cant really remember. Just thought that we had loads more than 6,000.

Absolutely superb attendance given the circumstances, timing & the weather.
The only gripe I have is the way the main telly cameras are set means that the stands look a LOT emptier than they actually are to the viewing public at large.
Especially the North stand.

the north stand looked empry from which ever camera angle you looked at ,there was only 1 in there the ball boy

Well, there wasn't really much of a way for them to show the North Stand as anything other than completely empty, since it wasn't in use yesterday...!
