So either he's lying, and that's a fairly strong denial of any deal which will look a bit silly if he is not telling the truth, or Mr Rumour is causing trouble again. My view: Newton and Fielden are staying where they are."Bradford Bulls Chairman Peter Hood has vehemently denied a story that appeared in a Sunday newspaer that Bulls stars Terry Newton and Stuart Fielden are to leave Odsal to join Wigan... 'This is complete and utter rubbish," said Hood. 'I am sick of these reports, which seem to surface with monotonous regularity. We tend to be on the receiving end of these rumours, but no one has had the courtesy to speak to our club to establish the facts"
only spoke to my source very briefly will see them again tomorrowQuinndog posted:
how will you find out more tomorrow?cant see any deal being done for next season as players may agree to sign for us then IF wego down they dont have a club to play for
Perhaps ask them if they've read the League Express, if might like to comment on the denial by the Bradford Chairman of any deal...taskmaster posted:only spoke to my source very briefly will see them again tomorrowQuinndog posted:

I agree these always come back. Whilst some will try to make the conection ala Milward and signing Saints players for us and nothing really happens apart from Higham. These are continiously coming up week in week out and no one is denying anything.Quinndog posted:

Except, as I've quoted above, the Bradford Chairman who has quite clearly denied the whole thing... :conf:thegimble posted:
