I don't dislike Briers, I know if he played for Wigan I would find his antics brilliant. Plus I think he's a class player (when he's got his head screwed on right).

I remember one game, I just didn't like his behaviour. Was akin to Briers'. Never really liked him since.

Plus, I didn't wanna give Saints the privilege of having 3 names in my list so I shoved Robinson in there instead.

So had it been the other way around you'd have been happy for our players not to complain at the referee? Even though it would have been the difference between a win and a draw?

Sitting happily on the boarder of Aspull, where greats such as Phil Clarke and Denis Betts once (i think still do) live and come from... I have to stick up for Sean Long for similar circumstances.
