the problem with wagga is he and higham are very alike and when they interchange wigan dont really have any diffrent options. i feel noble is trying to have two diffrent kinds of players who can give us more options in tight games. this probably has to happen to benifit us long term.

I have confidence in Brian Noble's judgement. I really, really, wish Wagga could be kept on, but if the team rebuilding plans mean that we need to let him go - whether for financial or tactical reasons - I'll live with it. I don't think anyone involved with the club - fans, the player himself or the coaching staff - want him to go or think Wagga is somehow not good enough. It's just that our squad make-up and game plans for next year might mean he is not what we need at the moment.
One thing's for sure - Wagga will always have a place in the heart of Wigan fans and a very warm welcome when he returns, if he does go.

Wayne 'wagga' definitely to stay. I hope he doesnt go, he said he didnt know about the rumours to hull and would want to stay at wigan. Hopefully he does and continue to be a very good player. Noticed too that he has changed his car!!!

I want wagga to stay as still young & prospects etc but in the league express this week Millard is quoted as saying that "he will enjoy the trip down the road from Widnes as Leeds is a pain as having to leave at 5.30 for early weights sessions" - so sounds like he's a done deal & no room for wagga even if we get newton he should stay as newton to play loose forward

Millards signed a new deal with leeds which ends rumours as to him coming to wigan.
Hopefully wigan will realise what a good up and coming player godwin is and keep him on

Have you got a source for this news, just so everyone knows it's true. Thanks.
