it feels like the RFL really do want Wigan in NL1, its seems funny that once we get a decent roll on, all of a sudden theres talk of points deduction. If we did break the cap last year surely we should have heard about deductions by now

It's us and Bradford according to BBC Mancs. We're up before the RFL today. In gradually worsening order of developments I hope we:
A) are innocent, B) are ghuilty but in a minor, admin-slip-up kind of way and get no or very minor penalty, C) if guilty & get points deducted that applies next season.
Mo and Whelan are shrewd operators - I find it hard to believe we have cocke dup enough to get done, but if we do I would expect them to battle it out through the courts. At the very worst then, any points deduction if we lost would have to be next season because this season would be well over with before any court case.
