I agree that if we'd kept Millward we would definitely be down. To win 9 out of 10 games is phenomenal, and despite this, we only just scraped home. There would have been no Rads and no Fielden if Basil had stayed, he'd have persevered with Wilkes, James, Moran etc.

Just to add that I think there are only 2 teams in Superleague that could give Stains a good game: Hull and us. I can think of no more fitting tribute to Noble. Take a bow Brian.
