I don't like to criticise Noble but there were times when Noble needed to do more than give generic excuses to the press/fans and deal with the problems that seemed quite evident.
As Two Eyed Warrior said he really hasn't stood up once and said he's going to sort things out. This is what I am driving at. He seems a bit detached from reality if I am being kind and that is probably a better way of describing it!

To me, it goes even deeper than that. He doesn't even acknowledge that the problems exist. All his stetements insist "we're moving in the right direction" or words to that effect. Even after the Huddersfield game he was saying there wasn't a problem.

That doesn't mean there wasn't a problem, i never like it when a coach/manager slags the team of in public!! Some problems should be sorted out behing closed doors!!

Where does this come from? It is a bold definative statement. Could explain why players who have left that we thought should have been retained are now history. Please enlighten us with words of wisdom, CP

It came from some of the players Jim.

The good thing is Noble will be judged by his performance next year and considering Calderwood and Higham improved when they were in the shop window maybe Highland Converts hero worship for noble will be justified. Personally I think Noble is rubbish and he will not improve us any further, ok we are better than when he came but worse than his first full season but according to HC its not his fault its the players. Most of them are here next year and unless IL can produce some very good signings we are weaker than at this point twelve months ago, playing wise we are going backwards.
