Our "reps" constantly agree deals behind our backs with no notifications or discussions or voting, only the "It's been agreed with the Union" comment from managers whilst the reps sit back with the easiest jobs with the longest breaks and holidays as and when they want them - people are too afraid to pass motions of "no confidence" or willing themselves to try and become a representative despite knowing who we currently have are in the Companies pocket

These Reps and Leaders in "plush offices" are elected.Dont forget this.Instead of winging get off your asses and vote them off!!!!

In my sector they are not elected PW they are employed. There are elected positions but those are elected from a closed shop. I did a couple of years as a rep but found it very frustrating and almost pointless.
