But is it just me but arn't cherry's cherry colour? and if you look at a glace cherry (one's for cooking) they are the same colour as the wigan shirt!

...on the other hand if you look at the fresh ones you can buy in supermarkets they are a burgundy shade.

Yes...ok.....this is getting a little bit silly now! Cherry's are cherry coloured, and there are lots of shades of cherry, so lets comprimise and say fire cherry red!

Glazed cherry and white shirt it is then. Our shirt is not red. Saints play in red, we play in cherry. End of!
