how's everyone getting on today?
im doing quite well, got up late so i've only had a bowl of special k today, about to have beef and potatoes and veg in a bit though. went shopping to take my mind off food lol!

bad day been to mike greggs day out had a couple of amber necters and now the suns out so having a bar b q b4 i put it away for the winter

to day i start for real .I aim to take a stone off for christmas though this might be hard if i start doing weights again but here goes
