was at a gig on Friday night, so only saw the score line after the game had finished. Pleasant surprise :). However, not unexpected as this team can play when it matters

i watched it back over the weekend and whilst there is no doubt there were periods where KR were the better side (or were dominating territory a bit), i didnt get the feeling they were going to put a score on us (suppose helped with knowing the result :) )

A couple of key moments i took from the game
McIllorum going off, but sent back on for the scrum. Wigan picked up on this and went down KR's left side, and Eckersley scored. French had spotted that and took advantage from the Miski offload.

Burgess no try (correct decision), but then 60s later Wardle goes over, must have been an absolute killer for KR

Smith try, came from a KR error, and i think we were awarded a 6 again, and from that we score

Both coaches after the game gave good interviews, and both knew the scoreline was reflective of how good / tight the game was for over 60 minutes. Peters, pointed to the Smith try as the turning point, spilling possession and Wigan taking advantage, and he also commented about how clinical / ruthless Wigan are and taking the opportunities when they are there

Broadbent was doing my head in, he was diving at every opportunity, trying to milk penalties, and just needed a good slapping :) :)

overall a very good game of rugby to watch, great atmosphere
