Have they put students/graduates up to their eye balls in debt? Of course!

Have they spent millions on Lansley's NHS reforms they promised not to implement? Of course!

I could go on all night. Grammar schools? A majority of Tory MP's don't even like that.

Did they break the law in the last election? Well IMO, of course.

Why do you want to vote for this corrupt shower of you know what?

I have no idea what your personal situation is, but unless you are in the top 1% of earners in this country you would be a fool to vote Tory. And just for the record I am a lot closer to that 1% than most people in this country and I am still voting Labour because I can see beyond the end of my own personal situation.

Yes I have looked at them. All very interesting but where is the money going to come from? Magic wand?

As for the Tories borrowing. Ever thought to ask yourself why? The mess they inherited was purely down to Labour mismanagement.

I'm not saying the Tories are perfect, no party is, but given the alternatives they are the only credible choice imo.

I find the statement about "you would be a fool to vote Tory if you are not in the top 1%", inconsistent with the assertion that you vote on principle rather than personal circumstance(which incidentally I also do).

You will see that with all parties they have a core that will vote for a party just because they think they should rather than for policies.

Policies is secondary to popularity and image.

Mess was left due to Banking going bust. This was coming since Thatcher relaxes Banking controls and no party in power since her has done anything to reign them in.

Cameron before the crash wanted less control. And Tories have borrowed more than Labour did as well as have record immigration. Both parties are untrustworthy in power. Problem is i would look at facts and we are worse off now than under Labour pre crash. Politically we are a dead country.

No government books are ever balanced,to use the insiped tory term that you use the Tories never came close to balancing the books as Brown did,the house of sand that the boom was built on was for me started back in the 80s with the Tory policies put in place then.

The "boom" was only ever an illusion built on bad credit,let's be absolutely clear too that until the crash it was,for what it's worth,a Tory pledge they would match labours spending at that time.

The only Tory chancellor for my money who knew what he wa doing was ken Clarke who indeed steadied the ship after the rough seas of the 80s but even he was building it on the sand hill of debt.

Oh before we get going let's dispel some Tory sound bites..

The nations credit card..no such thing..government runs on credit simple as that.

Borrowing against our children's futures..they did that in WW2 and given the strife the world and the banks faced 10 years ago I'd say it's the worst crisis the world faced since the depression.

I'm sure there are others,it drives me absolutely mad that in an age that we live in the people we elect refuse to set out coherent policies and offer meaningless pap in the hope it's enough to appease people.
