Im taking two bottles of pure spring water from the Andorran Pyrenees, fresh salmon and salad served on a freshly baked low-fat brown bread with a hint of seasoning and for sweet... low fat suet pudding with syrup.

Not really, I cant afford M&S food. Bring on the burger stands!!!!

I know Im just going and enjoying myself i dont care what i eat... Within Reason LOL

Wednesday again still holding fast. Now down to 18st 11lb. Twelve pounds off so far eighteen to go. Stick to it folks. HC :eusa3:

yesterday 3 Tesco finest tomato and basil quarterpounder beef burgers, chips and white rice

today 2 more of the same burger (not my fault) - same meal but with peas... finish with 2 Tesco finest syrup sponge puddings in custard.

ah, still 10 1/2 stone... ah well, still fit and athletic if I say so myself. I guess some of us have it (a tapeworm probably or perhaps metabolism)

yeh yeh I know, by 40 i'll be like a football, but i'll work it off

Nearly failed yesterday. Demolition job, Needed petrrol for the power saw. same place as greasy roll counter. One roll and sausage won't hurt. By the time I paicd for petrol queue was too long. Near one. This week 18lb 9.6lb. Half a lb to go for the first stone off. HC
