Back on track. 18stone 4lb that makes a total of 19lbs off since the start 11 lbs to go to make my target. Waste line is down four inches. I feel fitter. Here's hoping this time I will stay down.Smile, God loves you AND WE BEAT THE OZZIES. hc

stop grazing and start eating. Grazing is my problem. Filling station deisol and snickers. Two greasy rolls with 10.00am break. Pick up milk rolls and a snickers. Hot have a magnum. Open a pack of biscuits whats the last one like , soon find out. Grazing, comfort eating, greed call it what you want it never lets your system empty. Hunger is because your stomach is stretched. It must shrink before weight loss sets in. Problem through this period you are starving. You need to focus. This thread gave me the focus. Trouble is I slip back into the habit so easily. I have an advantage in that I don't drink now. Beer is a killer. Not in the alcohol but in the fact that you fill your stomach with liquid. Easily discharged. This leaves a hole shouting feed me. Not one snickers has passed my lips since start of diet. Stop grazing loose weight and best of luck.HC
