the observer are that worried they have printed what the league tables would look like ,when we have pts took off show the leagues from 2 pts of to 12 pts of ,funny thing was bradford and sts stayed on the same pts all the way through
arent they in the dock as well ,how do we know there past asnt caught up on them ie overseas accounts and national insurance contributions

in the eyes of the rl world & media we have already been tryed found guilty and sentance passed,talk about putting pressure on the independant panal.i can here it now if we get found not guilty,or get a smack on the wrist, everyone will be saying wigan have fixed it,the rest of british rl can go to hell and take there opinions with them.they forget which club gave this sport it's high profile in the 80's and early 90's.

That worries me, too.
Having said that, the increase was retrospective, as it was brought in towards the end of last season. I wonder if that was actually agreed by the clubs when they voted for it, or if it was applied unilaterally by the RFL.

I'm am very suprised that the RFL were allowed to do that in the first place as making any rule that can have a retrospective effect is beyond the power that the RFL or any governing body or person should have.
Wigan would have a good case to challenge the RFL if they wanted to because even if in the 2006 rules it says that the points deduction will be based on 2007 rules those 2007 rules did not excist at the time and can not be enforce until the day that they are printed.

It is thought Wigan and St Helens will argue any punishment should be in line with those from last season, a view likely to be contradicted by the League.
