I dont know if they will be counted in last year as they must be on the books for this year. I think we got punished for what we SHOULD have been over not what we were actually which is ludicrous and I cannot see us not appealing as it must go on actual.

Otherwise we should have been £5 million over the cap with all the players we were linked with. They were all probables but not actuals.

Just a thought we are overspent on the money for last year with defferd payments and have got a 4 point deduction .
If we appeal and lose could we not pay the deffered payment that is owing and clear the slate for next year???????

This is wierd, we havn't payed the money, but defered payments still count? so could we be over the cap this year because of payments we didnt make last year, but have been penalised for? so could we be punnished twice for the same offence?
