No Mike. My late father only ever went when Wigan went and after not going since 1970 he said it was important to always attend when we made the final as you never knew when even Wigan would make it next. I have maintained that tradition and always will.
Wigan / Leigh Hospice are holding their Proms in the Park the day after the final. A worthy and thoroughly enjoyable event. I had hoped to go to Wembley then the Proms the day after. The Proms will suffice.
