 Agree with all the points about the rip-off phone line ticket sales and the charges for purchases made by credit or debit card. Also need to get either a Wiganer (why not a player) to give the recorded message and not the Paul Jewell soundalike.
The season ticket should include the playoff matches as well as a thank you to the loyal supporters who go week in week out (it would only be 2 home matches at worst)
Better range of merchandise for us to buy so we can tell everyone who we are (if they don't know already)

I would change home games to Saturday or Sunday as it is a nightmare to get to JJB from Sheffield after work on a Friday night.

Noooo, unless it was Sunday! Saturday evenings are the worst, 6pm is no time for anyone who has to work during the day anywhere on a Saturday. At least 8pm Friday gives people who work until 5pm a chance to travel to the game. I don't think I ever manage the 6pm Saturday Sky games.

They distributed a questionnaire before deciding on Fridays, and the voting was massively in favour of it.

I love the Friday night games, Sundays are by far the worst and the players dont like playing on a Sunday either.

I was asked that question last night and wondered what other people would say. If you could change one thing at the club - not the squad or anything on the field, but in the rest of the organisation - what would it be?

One thing I would change is the club charging us 10p a minute to ring the tickletline. I think it's a damn cheek and a poor way to treat loyal fans,
especially when they make sure you have to wait through a couple of recorded messages before you even get the chance to have your call answered by a person.

1/ the way the stewards have to operate, they don't make the rules only enforce them.
A/ allow the supporters along the lower walkway,
B/ to be allowed to exit along the front and out of the lower gates, this has got to be safer than forcing everyone up the steps,
C/ to be allowed to stand on the lower walkway at halftime and at the end of the match as we did before it was deemed as a so called health and safety risk.

2/ a decent sports shop at the stadiun so outside supporters can by merchantdise, (e.g. leeds what a brilliant shop),

3/ scrap those ripoff phone and credit/debit card charges,
4/ decent food at decent prices.

l spoke with the same person as nine and they were very interested in what the fan's thoughts, and we beleive this person has the interest of the supportes and the club at heart,BEFORE you ask no you will not be told who this person is
