Ive said it once and i will say it again if we are desperate for centers put Danny Hill in at center or Hock, many mediocure second rowers and also good second rowers ended up very good centers.
Why cant we do the same again.
Gene Miles.
Kieth Senior.
Ryan Atkins.
Jason Demitriu.
Chris Nero.
Phil Lowe.(Hull KR.)
Etc,Etc
Have all played center very well and are/were second rowers.
IMO Danny Hill has done nothing wrong at all he just needs more game time.
But our biggest priority is a Prop then a center.
Danny Hill in at centre.....is your mum your dad??
It is God, so, technically... yes

Gene Miles career was based at centre at Wynnum Manly, Brisbane. He only played in the forwards ala Dean Bell - when injuries forced!
Keith Senior, whilst big enough to play 2nd row. Was always a centre at Sheffield before moving to Leeds.
Ditto Jason Demetriou at his previous (numerous) clubs.
Ryan Atkins, was to my mind, signed purely as a centre - (didn't he get honours in this position BEFORE moving to Wakefield?)
You could as well say play Fielden at Centre!

He has the height! :doz:

Keep Calderwood and Colbon on the wings and move Richards to the centre (he's played there before) and Goulding at the other centre allowing Bailey to move to the second row which in turn allows Coley to move to prop.

i remember when richards came over and had the number 3 on his shirt ohhh was he bad!

Richards!? at centre? you must be joking! if anything it should be Mathers at centre!

Think you could be pretty close there! It is what i would imagine with the possibility of an alternative centre, maybe Pryce! My only concern would be the size of the back row! Lockers, Hock and Hansen are quality players but not big men for their positions!
