If you really support your club you go to the game whether your team is the best in the league or worst in the league. Whether your sat in the East Stand on a sunny Sunday afternoon or stood at Bradford in the fog.

If you boycott the Whitehaven or Warrington games then I hope you remember to boycott your tickets for any future finals, or are you all just glory supporters???

Well, sorry to say, but I for one can't be bothered to go to the Whitehaven game. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. And its not just about the Millenium debacle (but that was the decider), but I never thought I'd be ever BORED out of my tree watching Wigan. They are poor, but very boring, and its the latter thats putting me off. Didn't go to the leeds game as had tickets to watch Amir Khan, but been to most others, and haven't really enjoyed any ! Even the daylight robbery at Hudds, hoorah 4 mins of excitement, but 86 minutes of the match BORING.

If the Saints fans where laughing at Wigan enough already, now they can laugh at the fickle Wigan fans boycotting games because things aren't going there way :conf:

Leigh win came at high price - Stokes
By Martin Morgan

Last updated 11:58, Tuesday, 06 May 2008

Whitehaven paid a high price for yesterday’s thrilling 28-16 win over Leigh with David Fatialofa, Leroy Joe and Carl Sice all suffered broken bones.

David Fatiolofa: out for six weeksLoose-forward Joe and prop Fatialofa both broke arms while hooker Sice fractured a bone in his hand as a result of a finger dislocation. Sice and Joe should be out for four to six weeks, while the extent of Fatialofa’s injury is unknown until he sees a specialist on Thursday.

Coach Ged Stokes stressed today that all three would be missed – Joe was his personal man-of-the-match yesterday – but added: “We have to take the positives out of it.

“They will be back, there’s no doubt about it. It will then be like having new players in the team, and it will also give us a chance to explore what other players are capable of doing.”

All three played a major part in Haven’s fantastic comeback win yesterday in front of over 1,700 fans at the Recre.

“We had shown before we could play from the front, but we have never really had to ask the question and come from behind,” Stokes said.

“I said at half-time that if we scored the first points of the second-half, we would win the game. I was really pleased with the attitude of our players. It was a really hard, physical match and we controlled the ruck a lot better.

“We looked good across the board. I’m still not happy with the speed of our play-the-ball.

“We were put on our backs too often, but that’s a technique we’ll keep working on.”

LOL, yep, thats me, fickle, travel from Cumbria to Wigan for every "home" game, go to 99% of away games, Cardiff was a drop in the ocean cos I'm a multi billionaire, going to perpignan in June. yes, you're right, I am fickle, I should continue with 3 hr round trip travel to home games to watch folk that can't be bothered to put in effort. I see your point ! The Saints fans laughing at poor cup attendances should be the MAIN thing to make me change my plans ! ha ha

It makes me sick to the stomach to even think that wiganers in the crowd are thinking of boycotting games. Alright i am abserloutly ashamed of the performance but thats no reason to not go to a game. Something needs to be done here. Without the fans wigan is nothing at this moment in time. NOBLE SORT IT OUT!
