If you think the avatar is in any way derogatory from myself, then I seriously think you underestimated Steve Irwin and his love of life and for all animals (even the ferocious ones).
He was fearless, with a passion and knowledge of creatures and critters only you and I could wonder at. Even his wife refused the opportunity for "revenge" against the animal that killed her husband, so I sincerely doubt the "bitterness" being shown by yourself is in any way reflective of her and her family.
Perhaps you feel the nation should have had a "day of mourning" for his loss? Or maybe the "Diana" Syndrome still rankles some who memories are affectionately remembered. Perhaps for you, the bitterness that can be shown and reflected in any aspect of modern life is so twisted, that anything can upset you, either intentionally or not (from seeing cars that remind you of tragic car accidents to rain that reminds you of last years tragic floods - who knows).
I would really care if one of the Australian Warriors fans wrote on this site and requested its removal (
if it offended or upset them), somehow, I think they are "bigger, more sensible and more practical" than that! Besides which, they too would want to talk more about Wigan than you have on your last few post, whereby you have done nothing but berate and criticize the members who do actually
use this forum. I have yet to see any rugby discussion from yourself - and you have been registered as a member for almost 2 years on the site with 25 posts (of which at the moment 8% has been to moan about my avatar), go figure, if you want to talk rugby, then do so from whence you came!

So if Dog died (the bounty hunter) will people react the same? no. he was on telly.
anyway, back to Tim... I feel he wont be in the KR squad, too early.

Just bringing it back to Timmy, i really hope he goes well for you. He has the potential to be a brilliant player if he can get some aspects of his game sorted.
Hopefully Wigan can give him the support he needs and he's able to settle in nicely there. Look forward to seeing how he goes, we'll miss him at Parra!

was speaking to a guy who watches the nrl religiously and he reckons this guy is pure class, if not a bit mis-guided, but if the talent is there the rest can be coached is the way i see it

Exactly but the doom and gloom merchants will say we don't have anybody to coach it out of him :conf:

Wigan forever, your mate is definitely right. Tim has a huge amount of talent. I live in Aus and have been following Parramatta for the majority of my life. I've been watching Timmy play since he was playing in our juniors and he's shown a lot of class. Unfortunately i think the pressure and publicity that comes with the top grade got to him a bit. We'll miss him here but i think leaving Parra was the best move for him.
In regards to Riddell, i wouldn't expect him to have too much of a positive influence on Timmy. With a bit of luck Riddell will get a bit more discipline over there than what Hagan had and there won't be too much of a problem. However, he has had a lot to do with some of the trouble Tim has gotten into in the past.
