Then get a new conditioner who does or if he can't get any fitter then that's a limitation to him as a player whatever the reason.

Its the job of the coaching staff to get the players fit to play so if Feka is unfit or overweight then its the fault of the coaching staff because they are the ones who decide the diets and the training programs for the players.

Feka needs to be playing in 15 to 20 minute spells, after all he is an impact player even some of the fittest players in Super League couldn't play at his pace carrying the same weight (Even if he looses weight he is still a natually big player.)

Personally I think Wigan are losing a lot of the matches in the fitness and conditioning of the players, other teams just seem to be abit stronger and abit faster than the Wigan players. Those that players that come into the squad with strenght or speed seem to lose that while at Wigan.

All of our players seem unfit.


Ino that mossop normally plays in the 21s. But he really did look unfit playing against saints. He made superb tackles all of the time, but at times i noticed he didnt even move in and on a couple of occasion tackled the man just as he turned his back.

Looks as if the back room staff need a re shuffle.

Chris Gerrard played for the reserves yesterday. He is a decent youngster. All I could think was if they go him a touch faster / stronger.

Neil Holland is a big hitting prop. The lad that arrived at Wigan RLFC is still identical to the lad that plays today. He has very poor endurance.
