As I say, I am genuinley sorry to hear that it is indigestion and constipation, but it'll soon go with the right treatment, which is mainly rest and paracetamol or beechams.

But, I am sure you soon will be better and back up on your feet again.

I haen't been too well myself in the last three/four weeks with the "winter virus".

I have actually had it quite badly, but I am getting over it now, with rest, plus paracetamol and beechams.

As for why I haven't been on here a lot lately, I am not saying, much, but lets just say that I have been to "a" camp, to sort stuff out.
