Noble has had all the off-season to sort out the pack, sort out the backs, get players fit, arrange a game plan, get the players to support him and generally improve the team on last year.

NO SUCH HOPE.

After just one game we now have all the 2009 season to look forward to no trophies, crap games, 3 massacres by stains, probable defeats by all the teams likely to be in the bottom half of the table, players running around the field like headless chickens, fewer supporters, the continuing decline of a once great club and a manager who can talk the talk but deliver nothing.

And will you act I.L??? - NO SUCH HOPE

Do they not have a "duty of care" to them?
Yeah good point, those Aussies were so bloody derelict in their duty by allowing Israel Folau to play Test Rugby League at only 18.

Forgive me for being a little off topic here.
WE all see that noble has no game plan now and we will probably not do well this season unless there is a mircle or mass improvement.
I wish to go back a good few years.
I used to go to watch the under 21s on a thursday night at orrell.(I don' get to many now due to work)
One match a little lad of about 15 tiny thing made his debut for Leeds. Everyone said he was crap to young too small.
I saw he'd be a good un. This lad is Rob Burrow.
So if your good enough you old enough.
Also you think all the leeds players have grown up together come through the ranks together, it's no wonder they do well and the same with the smelles they are not afraid to use the young players. We neverkeep ours long enough to do this.
So can someone tell me why the goodness does noble not use his loaf drop the non interested players (aussies or english) and put the young lads in for a chance.
We need to win yes, but we need to play with pride and together, not think yeah i've a wigan shirt and I don't need do owt now.
Just hope that we manage to put a reasonable game on friday.
Also that Mr lenagen grows a set of balls and does something to improve the team.

The other point on that post is that the youngsters and the also rans are hungry for that space. Put them on the field and they are desperate to shine. Thats what inspired Wakefield. They were screaming at their coach "Look at me" At 20 the players have to show they have it or move them on. Some have in error been moved on but these youngsters have to be given the opportunity to shine, Jim

its madness you have a duty or care to every employee and in fact is being discriminative dur to age. Does that mean if we get injuries to older players they can sue due to them not being treated equally the same as younger employees. Hes an idiot.
