I agree he's too quick to get senior players back in the squad, we've been really good of late and nobby goes and throws spanner in works.
Lockers did not seem really match fit could have done with couple more weeks or couple games in reserves bring him up to par.
oh well its saved me 200 quid on a weekend away i suppose.
But really thought we were on us way to final . (bum bum bum)

i cant see him getting a new contract after that loss, the only thing thats going to save him is getting to the grand final which i dont think were going to do

I thought Fielden did ok, not worth his salary but we're stuck with that so nothing more to say. Feka, sorry, no excuses. Was a one-trick pony and now even thats a trick rarely seen, other aspects of his game are simply below SL standard.

Still, the biggest factor today was the coaches; one is world-class the other is from Yorkshire....

Parra, you turn everything to Noble? We were beaten by the better side on the day. King played, Now please tell me who Noble could have played to defuse him. Pitty because King spends half his games asleep. That game was won by playing against weak links. Marginal but there is little Noble can do,

Imo, we are a very young side, we have some belting prospects for the future regarding to the preformance tonight i just think that the one person we needed at that match, was trent barrett.

He was not only a star player, at points showing great individual talent, but he also had the ability too calm a side down, settle their nerves and start making the side just play simple rugby.

As good as sam tomkins and tommy leuluai are, at this point of time (bear in mind they are both young players)they failed too do this tonight, which is what we desperatly needed.

Our outside backs, and fullback in my eyes did everything they could, martin gleeson and george carmont are both good players (i just think that gleeson needs too settle into the side, which i think he will do in the off season) i think pat played well.

I just think that everyone is getting on the back of amos roberts because he is keeping ainscough out the squad, in my eyes he is a decent winger (better than ainscough imo, and safer under the high ball and his defence is solid) as much as people are saying that its his fault matt king scored so many points, unfortunately matt king decided he'd preform tonight, and showed the quality he would show week in week out in the NRL.

Our props all have severe weaknesses:
- Fielden isnt big enough imo, and he looses the ball frequently in tackles
- Feka's defence is poor
- Prescott looses the ball in the tackle, FAR TOO FREQUENTLY, and it cost us big time today (i would love too see his avg knock-ons a match)
- Coley is starting too show some form, and he is the only forward i cannot pick a weakness out for.

Piggy is starting too show some form, when i was in australia i spoke too a lot of parra fans. They quoted him too be better than their current hooker, and they said that the year he went too parra, the coach told him that he would lose weight, and he did, according too parra fans play out of his skin, week in week out.

I also spoke too some rooster fans, and some rabbitoh fans, they both spoke incredibly highely of amos, so if you're saying that his garbage, think again. I know players do not show the same form, but i believe he will settle, and that some people need too open their eyes a little, just because he doesnt score 100m tries every week, doesnt mean he is poor in attack at all.

We were in the game and in control and composed until 22 minutes. Bailey had just gone off with his achilles (?) injury and we doubledy substituted Prescott and Coley for Fielden and Feka. Our defensive structure down that central channel lost it's sharpness and shape and Warrington went on their points blitzkreig. On a small pitch like Widnes, there just isn't the room for arcing expansive play and as soon as were weak in that central section, Wire went for the kill. We just lost our defensive structure and no matter how good you are a 20 point deficit is a big ask.

Well done to the Wire. They clearly wanted the game more and had the guile to make us look like monkeys.

as i have just said, King decided he'd turn up this week, unfortunately nobody can mark a player with his size, speed and strength.
