Quite simple if you are good enough your old enough, jeeze I have all the experience in the world and we would have 40 year old scrum halves running(limping) around
Not many half backs sudenly become class at 30 they have normally been so all their careers.
I think Baily is a good influence but he does not lead us round the field choosing options near the line.
I think it was Barrets class that won us games not his experience infact if we had got him a few years earlier(less experienced) pre all his injuries he would of been even better.
Just my opinion mind
