A little off the subject but have paramatta actually kept any of their players from this season?!
------------

Not many that's for sure. A few of our upcoming juniors that's about it. The situation is getting ridiculous and you'll find that a lot of Parramatta fans are getting very annoyed with losing so much of our talent.
You can always become an honorary Wiganer, I'm sure we'll always welcome new supporters.

I'm not too impressed with the players we have lost and definitely not impressed with losing Dave but i'm a sucker for the Eels so i'll stand by them

But when it comes to English Super League i'm with Wigan all the way now!

Don't suppose you'd know how David Solomona is doing over there? He's another one i was very sad to see go.

I was actually gonna say "If i was a paramatta fan Id be getting very worried about the amount of players we were losing." Who have you signed in place of all the losses?

Welcome, Vaealikis Girl, and thanks for that report. I feel loads better about the signing now, although I guess you don't!
Solomona's been playing well but in a poor team. Has a few brushes with the disciplinary though!

It is very frustrating to see many of your favourite players being told to go elsewhere and even more frustrating when those players then end up running over the top of you and become quality rep players. We've let way too much of our talent go. While something keeps me standing by the coach (no idea why) a lot of people are calling for his head at the moment. There just seems to be a lot of problems within the club when in other years they tended to be the most harmonious club in the league.

To replace our "clearout" of players we have signed Glenn Morrison who is a 2nd rower i think. Not a bad player but plays a position in which we really don't need any more players if our coach would only give some of our talented youngsters more of a chance.
Paul Stringer, a prop, another area we aren't really short on players who if you ask me is past his time and isn't fast enough or strong enough to do any real damage.
Chad Robinson, who i am happy about re-signing, used to play for Parra and has really gotten his form back but is struggling to get a spot ahead of other players at his current club.
And Timana Tahu who plays for Newcastle at the moment. A centre who everyone raves about but personally i don't think is much chop. Scores a lot of tries but that also has a lot to do with his team being able to put him in the right spot rather than his skill. Dave's leaving could also have a lot to do with this player as he plays in the same position so could have been taking Dave's spot and these 2 players have had a few tiffs in the past especially a big fight in 2002 which ended in an all in brawl. There's definitely no love lost between them.

That's the main signings plus a few of our younger guys which i'm very glad they did sign some of them though we have let too much go to be happy about any of the signings really.

Thanks for the welcome. I promise my posts will get shorter in the future, they won't all be novels :)
You're right about me not feeling better about the signing, i still can't come to terms with the fact that he's leaving. But Wigan supporters should be happy about it, he's a quality player.
Glad to hear Solo's been playing well he deserves it. Parra were stupid not to re-sign him. Hope all is well with him and his family, especially his gorgeous little girl.

Well you've come to the right place for empathy. Wigan seem to do the same thing, we bring young lads through St judes and St pats and then they just seem to disappear off and next thing you know they're scoring against us in the challenge cup final...p

It really ticks you off doesn't it! We played a team last night with 4 of our ex players who are great players and really killing it this year and what do you know, we lost! They ran all over us!
