Feka, Pig, Rryce, all need to get fit and should not be picked until they do, this should have been the case with all of them since they arrived. Fekka is in my oppinion a very good player, just not fit and very poorly utilised.
Pig well I thought he would be very good, the only thing very is disapointed about him, he's a big lad anyway but looking at the way Fekka and Pryce struggle to keep the lard in the shirt Pigs lost some fitness as well?
Pryce, Roberts need to at least look like they care because body language is all wrong.
Fielden is the big one for me big money little performance, I wanted him to do well, made excuses for him Wigan watcher always said he was poor and he has been proven rite.
Baily is the last one not great but I like him big money? will he come back off the injury at 30 and takes up a quota spot.
I can live with the rest with some good ideas coming in.

As someone who can't get to see reserve games, which of these grand final winners is ready to move up next season - off the bench or whatever:

Ben Davies, Joe Mellor, Ainscough, Thornley, Veivers (and any more)

Shedding players - Fielden, Feka, Piggy need to work harder or ship out. Roberts - not sure. Pryce seems like a lost cause. Would keep the rest. Can't wait for next season!javascript:emoticon(':D')

Roberts should go, I didn't see anything last season that made me think this guy is worth keeping. Noble was quick to highlight Ainscoughs weakness but happy to ignore the same problem with Roberts.

Riddell should also be shown the door, ok he improved towards the end of the season but was still not as good as McIlorum or Leulaui at hooker...not to mention the number of forwards passes Riddell does. Personally I think Wigan should look for a new 7, a player similar to Dobson. Have McIlorum as starting hooker and use Leulaui off the bench.

Players who should definatly be kept are; Paul Prescott, Eamon O'Carroll and Joel Tomkins all have bright futures ahead of them.

Roberts,Pryce and Gleeson in the backs have been poor. All the props are poor apart from Fekka but he needs to get fit for the start of the season.Hanson defensively sound but unlikely to improve. All of these could go for me but it is highly unlikely that any of them will so we may be in for another average season. Mcguire may well be a good coach but he will need a better squad than this lot.

Harison Hansen has ben one of our stand out players IMO.
If we lose him we leave a huge hole in our defence, and he does enough going forward.

Plenty of people are knocking piggy but can anyone remember pat richards 1st season with us...... Shocking is an understatement, but look at him now. Give the new guys like piggy and amos last season to bed in and judge them this year.

Only saw five games this season LKC29, and to be honest Piggy faired reasonably in all of them, making some telling braks with decent pass distribution.
Amos's defence was questionable, but nothing I dont think cant be put right under good coaching. I say his conditioning was not good to which, IMO we will see a much faster winger in Roberts next season.

I really do think some of the fans should stop and think
re getting rid of players. Some of those players are on large and long contracts which would cost an arm and a leg
to cancel.Does this not come off the salary cap as well?

Which is exactly why i said it is unlikely that we will be losing any of the players i mentioned.

Ainscough (he is in my view a far better player than Roberts) with Davies getting some first team experience next year. Mellor and Thornley are very talented and will, in my opinion become first team squad members in two to three years time. Vievers will also be knocking on the door shortly.
