Feka was injured so wasn't just left out.
He will be playing this Friday v HKR
I knew we would miss Feka against Leeds, and said so as soon as I heard he was injured However, much as I love to see the big fela play, I wouldn't risk him against KR.
I would save him for monstering Leeds when we inevitably end up polaying them at Headingley.
Come on Feka, come on Wigan!!
We definitely missed his contribution against Leeds, no matter how long he would have been on the field.
I told him after the game that he better get his knee sorted for Friday
I genuinely believe we will have a massive hole in our forward line when he leaves even if we are replacing him with Lima, the players & supporters always seem to lift when he comes onto the field of play
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
Much as I like Feka as a character, I have always looked on him as a bit of a one trick pony. However, I have to say he has lifted his game this year & was completely baffled by his ommission from the side against wire.
Furthermore he is not the only one to lift their game this year, the question is was he worth another contract? I would say...................................

I think you're right about the penalties and Leeds Matt. After being 14-0 up, the sequence was penalty-penalty-score-penalty-score and out control had gone.
Maybe MM needs to go around the players with a cattle prod, randomly stunning them while they train to get them to control their tempers/
Based on what Rads said in the SS bar on sunday, I think he got the prod out after the game. Kicked everyone but the players out of the dressing room!
