WCC - the Saints are coming...!
Re: WCC - the Saints are coming...!
At least it will be a little warmer for you by May...
Re: WCC - the Saints are coming...!
I wish it was a few degrees cooler here now. We have had over 40 degrees for the last 3 days. It certainly isn`t fun.
A cool change is supposed to be coming tonight so it will be around 30-35 tomorrow.

A maximum of 42 degrees celsius in western Sydney today.
Going to be quite a shock flying into the UK in a fortnight.

Don't worry, positively balmy in a fortnight. Long range weather forecast says around 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Think that's about 3 of them celsius thingys.St_Jubbsy wrote:A maximum of 42 degrees celsius in western Sydney today.

Hope you have a good time over here and if you want to try a good pie, then The Muffin Man on Park Rd is the place to go.
Re: WCC - the Saints are coming...!
-3 here in Leeds at the moment. Brrr
Gareth Thomas before his first game: "You wanna spend 10 mins getting smashed up by these guys..Big dudes here.."
Re: WCC - the Saints are coming...!
I think I would prefer -3 to 42...
Re: WCC - the Saints are coming...!
February tends to be wet here St Jubbsy. Warms up slightly and rains more. If you are after good waterproofs etc whilst in the UK. Wigan has a big Go Outdoors store.
Re: WCC - the Saints are coming...!
We are in row W (I think from memory) in the East Stand - does anyone know if that is undercover?
Re: WCC - the Saints are coming...!
It is Jubbsy. The whole ground is under cover. The very early rows can get rain entering but W should be fine. It is about half way / just over half way up the stand.

Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.
But to stand behind a team, to defend a team when it is down and really needs you,
that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan
