Jack Hughes will be a able replacement for Joel (in general, rather than in his out of position centre position). The question of who should step into the centres was a question that was needed to be asked when the sh*t hit the fan with Gleeson. Luckily we had a quick second row with decent ball skills to fill in.

Lets not forget how screwed we'll be in the centres when George retires!
