Sorry just 1 more thing, although it won't help the team I think Gaz missing the 2 games will help him personally by taking him out of the firing line for a bit especially against the 2 next opponents and also keep him relatively fresh.

I'd prefer to see Greg Burke get a chance as I think if Tomkins is on the bench he'll only be used for 5 minutes if at all. At least Burke would offer plenty of options and is capable of playing anywhere in the pack.
That is exactly the forwards and bench I picked on another thread, the Hock and Tuson thread I think.
The best thing is Leeds will be thinking easy game on Friday then when we smash them with 7-8 forwards missing and Pat, how they gonna handle us with players back in the CC Semi and Playoffs? Great eh?

Brawling trio banned
29th May 2012
Three players sent off in the Wigan Warriors-St Helens derby were today handed bans totalling six matches.
St Helens forward Shaun Magennis was handed the stiffest penalty, a three-game ban and £300 fine, for his part in the brawl that marred the final match of the Magic Weekend programme in Manchester last Sunday.
Wigan forward Gareth Hock received a two-match suspension and a £300 fine while team-mate Chris Tuson was given a one-match ban and £300 fine. They will both miss the Warriors’ clash with reigning champions Leeds Rhinos on Friday.
Hock will also miss the Warriors’ trip to Montpellier the following week to play third-placed Catalan Dragons but will be free to make his England comeback, if selected, against the Exiles at Langtree Park on Saturday, June 16.
All three players, who were shown red cards by referee Ben Thaler after a second-half scrum erupted in a flare-up, appeared in front of a Rugby Football League disciplinary panel in Leeds this evening.
A third Wigan forward, Lee Mossop, accepted a one-match ban after being cited by the RFL’s match-review panel for his part in the fighting.
It means that, with Paul Prescott and Harrison Hansen injured, Wigan will be without five first-choice forwards for the trip to Headingley and are poised to give a debut to Welshman Rhodri Lloyd.

Magennis 3 match ban.
1 match for being so stupid as to take on a much smarter and harder opponent, and 2 matches for the utter cowardice in which he attempted to carry it out.
Seen some 's#1t house' cheap shots in my time but this one takes the biscuit.
Cant wait to see him taking the ball up against Wigan in the next match up, bet he cant wait either.

No not mobile Josie,
I have noticed that my laptop goes slow with some posts taking ages to submit it.
I sometimes refresh to get it through which may be the cause of the problem.
Sometimes i write utter drivel and have to re-edit it half a dozen times, but thats down to my poor schooling.

This happens when you 'Submit' and the screen goes blank. The trick is to reload the forum screen. If you just try to Refresh, it will re-post your comment!

Hock and Tuson Suspended
Wigan Warriors duo of Gareth Hock and Chris Tuson have both received suspensions and fines following their red cards in Sunday's win over St Helens at the Etihad Stadium.
Gareth Hock admitted a Grade B punching offence and was suspended for two matches whilst Chris Tuson was banned for one match after pleading guilty to a Grade C punching offence. Both players were also fined £300.
A third Wigan player, Lee Mossop, was banned for one match earlier in the day after submitting an Early Guilty Plea to a Grade B charge of punching.
Hock will miss the Leeds and Catalans away trips while Tuson and Mossop will be suspended for Friday's trip to Headingley-Carnegie.

I'm confused with the gradings of these offences & the resulting punishment?
