He a decent enough player.
If Shaun Wane thinks he will compliment the side then I am more than happy to ignore all these negative comments which seem based purely on the fact he won the MOS when he shouldn't have (not the first player to have done either

) and the unsavoury incident with Tangi Ropati.
Personally I think he would add something to Wigan in the halves - also giving time for others to develop properly before claiming their places in the first team in say 2-3 years time

It's the money being bandied I mostly disapprove of
If he signs for us, well so be it, he will get my support as a member of the Wigan team.

I totally agree. We have got to find a way of filling the gap until our juniors emerge. If IFL did nothing and we started to slip down the pecking order then the majority would be on here in a flash criticising his lack of action!
It is irrelevant what we think, Waney's job could be on the line if he fails and therefore he should be the man who ultimately chooses a short-list to replace Finch. IFL is playing with his own money effectively, and therefore he has the right to decide how he spends it. All we should be concerned with is the fact that we have got a winning team that plays entertaining rugby.

It's a bit of shock that a player who divides opinion so much should be worth £300K or £350K with a couple of players thrown in.
Martin Offiah standard of player he isn't.

I have watched people slag off greats like Faz at games. Some people have it "in" for players no matter how good they are.
I have strong opinions on players we may sign and do sign. I still think Lauaki is Mr Average but when I am at games I'll cheer him on as much as I do Sam.

I know that Trotski, I thought it was terrible what happened to Tangi & the subsequent punishment was ridiculous.
But if someone plays for Wigan you have to support them as part of the team, even if it is against your personal ethics

after much thought, No.
