Where has Josie said Powell isn't leaving?
Her reply was that he is under contract to 2015. We know that but it doesn't mean he can't or won't leave before then. If he did then a fee would be paid as per usual.
Hope he doesn't go!
As for Greeny, if he was in negotiations with Melbourne which broke down then I think it's more likely to be over their salary cap than a visa. No facts just an opinion.
Each year Melbourne struggle with their SC hence Hoffman leaving. They have a lot of big names on big salaries and after their SC troubles they will be looked at very closely.
