I would not happen and the fans have been highlighting this problem for over a year, we lost today because of mistakes and bad control, but a goal kicker today would have won the game.
100% right. The specialist kicking coach brought in pre-season to work with Smith was a waste of money, you cannot polish a turd.

A coach that works out different attacking formations to create an overlap, or a way to open up the defence.
We are still using the set pieces implemented by Maguire, and other coaches can now annul our attack

If you include the friendlies, that's 1 win from 7 this season. Our discipline is terrible, our composure is terrible, our completion rate is terrible, our ability to close a game out is terrible..... In general, this is terrible.
For the first time I'm going to have a pop at Wane. He has blamed the players for as far as I can remember whenever things go wrong and right now, he needs to have a look at himself and get these players winning! At the moment he keeps banging on about the players trusting him etc. Well it would appear that the players are either ignoring him, or he's not getting the message across. Saying that we were 'dumb' isn't washing any more. FIX IT SHAUN!!!

Maybe the Double came too soon for his own good and went straight to his head.

Thats quick,
I would remind everyone of my comments after the Widnea game about Farrell being a penalty machine but I did like the WishFM nickname for McIlorum, Scarecrow, and I smiled even more when they told a listener the reason for this nickname, if he had a brain.  If if :exc: :exc:

Years of players leaving to be replaced by cheap players from lower clubs, 'projects' or inferior youngsters is begining to take its toll.

Wigan can play better than this. Letting themselves down with childish play.
I would put it down to the Sunday afternoon jinx how many times we have played Sunday matches in the last few years and lost . Bradford Castleford and Wakefield comes to mind for last year both poor performances.

One of the most irritating performances I've seen from this Wigan team. When will we ever learn to not be hot heads and get involved in scuffles?! I know the team is young but surely Wane has to make the team learn! This is the first time I've thought that the novelty of having Wane the home grown motivational master coach is starting to wear off. Early days yet but we should be on 6 points easily.
