Tautai was one of our forwards who looked like breaking the game line, and I thought he had a decent game tonight.
Did he make a break PM? Honestly, watch it and look at how he runs across / sideways far more than forwards and I do think people get sucked in by his 'bluster'. The caveat I am certain the way we play does not help ANY forward in our team.
Must be someyhing wrong with other peoples eyes as like myself, others are of the opinion that he not only had a good game but also went forward which is more than can be said for some of the other forwards.
I have been critical of him, especially in regard to giving penalties away, but on Saturday he was had a good game and in fact was one of our better and more diciplined players.
Just because you don't like him should not be a excuse for giving a bit of credit when a bit of credit is due!

I do not dislike him or like him. My opinion is mine, yours is yours. We are both entitle to them.

Im with CP on this one Tautai doesn't really achieve much. I think I recall one barnstormer against Brisbane he ran through one of their men but that's pretty much all he did. Faz was one of a few decent individual performances but we weren't there for each other in that game like Brisbane was. Every time they had a break there was a team-mate ready to receive the ball on his shoulder when we mad a break NOTHING! That was the disappointing thing for me. But at the end of the day we were shot with injuries and they weren't I refuse to say a fully fit Wigan team would not compete or even win.

Like you, I've been very sceptical of TT, but seen what I think is an improvement in him so far this season. I think he's making less errors, his work rate is good and he takes some putting down. In the Brisbane game just about all of our forwards were ineffective in that they were well covered by the Brisbane defence, even Faz looked well below his usual level but that was down to Brisbane making the tackles. TT was no different in that game, albeit he was still a handful to drag down at times.
That's how I saw it in my opinion.

I think Bateman shone in the first half. Unfortunately, I think he had to do too much because others didn't take their share and as a result in the 2nd half he was much quieter

I do think that TT has cut out the penalties that he was always giving away and is more careful with possession. Unfortunately, instead of improving his off-loads, he now seems to be tackled with the ball in hand and with no ability to get up for a quick PTB, any attacking impetus tends to be lost.

Faz set up both tries. The pass for Sarge to run on to was to drawer. He really got involved in attack and you even saw him popping up on the right side a couple of times. He played well, but I've come to expect that.

Faz is smart/RL smart. Fantastically fit but not a giant; the running lines and timing of them are top drawer.

I agree he did have his best game for us but he is not a good player. Loads of enthusiasm but little else I'm afraid.
Re Faz 5/10.
Bateman, for me is the only one who wouldn't be out of his depth playing in the NRL.
