I did consider reducing players WF but IO settled on more regular sin binning for slowing the game down.
One thing to add the game need to look at the way players are trying to 'manipulare / injure' opponents with 'levers' Wilkin was a nast oik for 5 minutes today!

think the problem is with more sin binnings for slowing the game down unless you put a clear tackle count down or similar its subjective which means refs will get it wrong, plus you have to take in to account the stage of the game and the weather etc.
I think we should focus on rewarding invention than punishing

Sin binning players for slowing the ball down would lead to one out charges every play IMO. Also, it would show the game down with all the sin binning.

Not sure but they certainly need to speed it up. Players con referees time and time again.
Not my idea but somebody mentioned limited VR calls, teams having say 3 challenges.

It's something I've suggested on here in the past I like the idea on a tennis style challenge system
If you employ 2 refs like the nrl I think the answer is easier. Currently refs shout random words like "leave" or "away" with no idea who they are talking to. What about make it more simple once the ref thinks the tackle is complete he counts from. 3 at which point the defenders would of had to let go

I was checking the draw tickets John, we only heard the last three numbers & I had one of the tickets. But the first three numbers were different
What a scorcher it was there today?

Think they need to get rid of the referring to the video ref for 'TRY' given by the on field ref but handing it up to the VR
If he's said TRY why does he need to go the VR to confirm or deny, which they rarely do unless of course it's a Wigan v Leeds game ????
If they got rid of that, VR, we could have two referees per game instead!

I wonder if there's a stat anywhere to show the amount referred and it standing and the amount referred being overturned on what the ref said
Anecdotally we imagine it all averages out with this system we should be able to prove/disprove it
