Did you pay the auto renewal price or the plus £20 price? My account is set up for the plus £20 but I'm not paying £20 more on principle. I'm going to ring the Club tomorrow and get them to sort it out as the girl in the ticket office seemed to have slipped into weekend mode.
If they can't sort it I'm going to bag it I'm afraid and pick my matches, which will mean I find something else to interest me.
I signed up for the “Auto Renewal” what is this £20? I’ve even forgotten all the details of this scheme!

(I can’t remember what I was doing last week never mind last year!! )
Anyone can support a team when it is winning, that takes no courage.

that takes a lot of courage. #18thMan

Thanks for your reply Josie.
On my renewal I've been quoted £20 more than last year and it's shown in the table as £20 more if you don't elect auto renewal.
In essence I paid £20 less for my ticket last year but I hadn't signed up for auto renewal! If they won't let me have it on auto renewal, which you don't have to take up the following season anyway, I won't be having a ST this year and I'll go to the Women's rugby!
Perhaps the Club could have a Women's beach volleyball team? :thum:

This is what happened to me,when I was looking how much the ticket was, where it was a simple yes I’ll buy it first day type of decision now much more thought is going into the process on my part, and yes the loss of a home game is,for me at least playing a big part in the process, not about the cost either it’s always been the loss of that game.

Last year I did all the forms for auto renewal and got the discount.
However there is nothing on my Bank a/c DD that show WW as prospective payee, maybe it will happen shortly and at the correct rate.
If I am faced with going to the ticket office to get clarity there is no chance.

Apparently the auto renew is not set up and won't be for a few days.
I wonder how many have bought tickets at the plus £20 figure?
Nice price increase when you consider you are losing a match early doors!

maybe they should market them as what they are pre-season tickets

the first 23 rounds are simply a pre-season now - the super 8's only matter if theres still positions to play for.

Reading all the posts from people who are not going to renew their season tickets and will be picking the occasional “big” game I am left with this thought. If they are not watching the games surely they will have nothing to complain about .Does this mean we will see a lot less of them on here?Another point strikes me,the people who are not renewing, and who complain that the price has gone up £20 expect IL to fork out another half million or so for big name signings.

So are you saying that someone who does not attend a game cannot comment on the team/performance, so even if they listen to coverage or watch on sky?

When you state on the website there has not been a price increase but there clearly has it becomes a matter of principle!
It would have been much better to say nowt!!
I presume you'll have bought yours now then and paid the extra?
If I'm going to pay for $#!£€ I'm not going to pay through the nose, simple as that.

. Well they’re not all on sky,and on radio you only get what has already happened.
