Of course but at that point Wire weren't great either. Both teams were evenly matched and Wigan were getting on top. Two not very good teams really.
See another crusher today by Joel T went without penalty but the one by Roby was penalised with the Saints man going to the bin.
I would imagine that Hicks ruling with a penalty and bin will be the one that the refs will go with from now on.

Watching both, Joels is accidental with gthe head getting trapped in the movement of the tackle, he lets got almost immediately.

Roby jumps down in the defender with his weight (legs come of the ground) and was a complete brain fart on his behalf.
These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.
