If they appoint Waney then I can see one or two following him to Salford.
Because they want to play boring rugby?
It is a results business at the end of the day so it doesn't matter what the style is.
I get Sports is Entertainment, but nobody remembers the teams that played the most attractive rugby, only those that win the trophies consistently.

Great response. What a legend.
Would you be happy finishing 5th every year? No LLS, Grand Final, Challenge Cup, but we will play exciting rugby?

Some fans will be happy with the result no matter how they play.
It’s like mourinho as a footy manager, boring strategy but he gets results

I think the answer to your question is NO, but you cant win either way
We could pull together the Harlem Globetrotters of rugby league and some of our fans would still find something to gripe about.

Yeah, as long as we destroyed Saints, Leeds & Wire in a flamboyant manner in every league game we played them in

Wane was not as boring to watch as you claim, go back and watch some matches again
What he did do was create a style that meant when we had a mass of injuries we could compete still.
These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.

Point taken. Wanes tactics worked no matter how you look at it, quite a lot of times it was boring. But we were compact and effective in most matches if not all of them.
