He categorically is not the best winger in the league.

1 - based on his performances last year
2 - based on his injury record

Availability is the most important asset.

If Dom has another injury hit season I think they should release him.
Tom Johnstone would be ideal replacement if he has an injury free season

The reality is that I don't know the full extent of his injury problems as I am not close enough. However, I really do feel sorry for the lad.

Whether he was/is/will be a good winger is a matter of debate. Maybe the genes that gave him the speed to run also mean that he is susceptible to injury. Maybe that's the best way of looking at it to avoid him getting down.

Then again, and hopefully, he can get back to fitness and perform on the wing. Let's hope so.

I presume this is a joke? Johnstones injury record is as bad as if not worse than Doms
These are two reasons not to trust people.
1. We don't know them.
2. We do know them.

It’s not worse than Dom’s and if you read what I said, IF he has an injury free season this year we should be looking at him.
Can’t imagine he will be on big bucks

Get a grip - anyone can bust a thumb. It has no connection with the ACL injuries.
Dom Manfredi should still be first choice when the thumb injury is sorted.

I seem to recall when Davies left Radlinski said something about not being surprised if he later returned to the club
