Next Micky Higham. If your going to even look at a player who as only played 5 games after injury and as not started any of them thenexplain to me how Diskin as not got in, surely you look a t diskin first.
Noble did the same last year, picking Brian Carney who'd played about 5 minutes of rugby for Wigan before his GB call up. Also Higham's got that multi-position versatility that Noble seems to insist on, whereas I've not really seen Diskin play elsewhere. I agree with you to be honest, but I'm just trying to guess what Mr Chewing Gum is thinking.

But at the end of the day I am british and fiercly loyal and come the night of the match I will be shouting as loud as anyone, we could put a team of absolute biffers out and I would still support them.
If I go to any of these games, you'll have to hope I don't sit near you - you'd be considering me a traitor to the Union flag! The last time I went to a GB vs Aus game I decided to join in with Advance, Australia Fair! because it's a much better tune than God Shave The Queen, and I always struggle to support the GB players because the coaching at national level seems to push the players into playing a different type of game than I'm used to seeing and one I don't find particularly attractive. GB never seem to go much for the free-passing, flowing football that Saints have done in recent years and that we have always been able to do when we manage to have a fit squad and raise our game. Australia and NZ usually play more attractive football, and I'm happy to cheer anyone if they're entertaining me.
