I imagine Wire were desperate to get him off their salary as they have a pretty big wage bill for next year. Hopefully they will be subsidising some of his wages.

A centre is a centre is a centre. Although looking through his stats for this season I'm not massively impressed. Missed 6 tackles in one game against Saints! Not trying to crucify the lad before he even comes here but seems a pretty underwhelming signing. If he is instead of Wardle I'll be, like most on here will be I'm guessing, very disappointed to say the least

Wigan have played a blinder there, not a single leak.
They have Dan. But do you think it's because it's a bit underwhelming of a centre signing good thing is only loan for a season probably just to give our young centres another season. I thought wardle was nailed on.
Looks like wire got best of us again. Whoever's pulling strings there certainly knows what there doing
Do remind me of how George Williams is doing again? And Jack Hughes, Charnley before leaving for Leigh etc? They are currently sat 10th in the table with the very real possibility of finishing above only Toulouse come the end of the season.

And I guess with Thornley's recent injury diagnosis we needed another centre for next in addition to having to replace Bibby

Be pretty crazy to see King and Cooper wearing cherry and white together next year! After so many battles against them. It'll be a good signing providing we retain french and possibly sign wardle (doubt that now) but if it's just king, bit underwhelming

Why are we signing players on loan?
He's cheap no one can afford his contract from wire. Would think They'll be paying part of it.
Even if Wire are subsidising him, even if he proves himself...not exactly long term planning.

I think its a great signing to be honest, I think he will find his 2021 form in a set up like Wigan, Just praying French stays now. Centers for 2023 are looking like the best pairing in the league.
Hope your right. Personally underwhelming. But We have to give him a chance once in our shirt 100% behind him

Probably hit the nail on the head here pal. 2 Out (one leaving one injured) 2 In (one announced one not)
