Second season would be to potentially transition out of playing every match mentoring his replacement with a coaching program going on in the background if he wanted to go that route. We have to ensure that players are moved out at the right time so if his expectations were that he would be first choice until he decides to retire, I think that's the wrong move for the club. The next piece has to be ready and should be slotted in at the right time for the team, and we make that transition as good as possible for the individual.

we need Walters (or another player) to basically do what Junior did this season. Make it impossible for the coach not to select him. I know Isa's injury fast tracked the move but he took it with both hands. Yes, we all know he is still developing and not yet the finished article but we need another 2nd row to be in the same position as Junior at the start of next season, so the club can offer Faz an appropriate contract (or not)
