I think the problems are deeper than IM. I think that is why even John Monie struggled second time around. I will say this, IM needs class centres for his style of play to work. Look at Stains they played their best with the likes of Newlove and Iro and the season they lost them was the worst uner IM. IM got lumbered with DV.

I think the club as a whole has not been dynamic and not pushing the boundaries of improvement to their limits for far too long. The scholarship / academy is hyped but the club could do and should do far better with the talent it gets. The whole backroom has been mediocre at best for years. Hopefully that is changing but it needs to be pushed and pushed.

There are alot of posts denegrating DV.

Although not a fan he has shown a few glimpses of genuine centre play. Unlike Richards who is slow ponderous and a poor T. Iro type player.
