When did Phil say this? Iv heard today the Bradford board have put a bid in to keep Noble at Bradford, but its thought this is just "talk" to stop the fans backlash.
Surely Noble must have agreed my now but is picking the right time to announce, MO knows how desperate we are for a coach and i would of thought demanded some form of an answer from Noble by now.
I am worried, heard and read a lot of things today to suggest Noble isnt coming after all.
Does any body know what is going on ????????????????
There feels to be doom and gloom surrounding!!!!!!!!

Either he felt he wanted a change and decided at the last minute not to. Clarke would know if he was talking to them better than us would. So id guess hes staying put.
Or could he have used us to get a pay rise at the Bulls.
If he was coming he would have left after the Rhinos game. Hes playing 1 off against eachother to get more money at Bradford.

Oh god, I am getting a little annoyed, i mean ok perhaps we have all read to much into this, but the signs from MO and Noble and Bradford have suggested its a done deal, now all of a sudden it might not be and we are left with no coach :conf:
All i can say is, if Noble doesn;t come, MO will be in for a backlash, he has created this media interest to take the heat off himself after sacking Millward.

When it comes down to it, Wigan have never actually stated that we have got Noble.
Half of the problem is postings stating we have signed him, or I saw it in the tea leaves, or my best friends next doors neighbours doctors goldfish said.
I think there is probably a good chance that we have got him, but Bradford are being fair to the fans and I hope that it would be announced at the game so that they can give him the send of he deserves (unlike the opportunity we were not given to say farewell to Faz).

I don't think that could be blamed on Maurice, if Noble doesn't come. Those press reports suggest a big dispute behind the scenes at Bradford with the new Chairman saying one thing ("Noble can talk to Wigan") which is what Maurice has acted upon, but then other directors who were out of the country last week saying "we weren't consulted, we would never have allowed this". If their Chairman has acted out of turn it's not Maurice's fault. I know he's getting blamed for a lot, but occasionally things can go wrong that he genuinely has no control over!

That is still one of the things that upsets me about Farrell leaving, there was no send off or chance to say goodbye and i felt that was awful
There have been posts on here sugesting he is offering to help out a little with coaching while he is injured just giving advice on leadership etc.
Anyone know if there is any truth in this?

Were any of you at the cas game?
Or was it just my imagination that Nobby was stood with us on the terrace instead of sitting in a box?
If he was checking us out before we played bradford he could have done that elsewhere.
HE'S ON HIS WAY!!

if Noble turns us down MO better get Bennett or Edwards pronto. As it is MO whos lifted everyones hopes and unless he delivers it time for him to go.
Mo has made us the laughing stock of the Rugby World in the last few weeks.
Or is it a part of a greater conspiracy to send us down out of SL. You saw the players yesterday they looked as it was all over now. Something is really wrong here. If it take us a week to chase a coach only for him to say no. Then were beyond a joke now.
we should be chasing all good candidates as if Noble fell through we could get the next person in ASAP.
This leaves only 1 real alternative now Chris ?Anderson MO's mate and could it be that MO has engineered this Noble situation to say oh i tried to get the best available only for him to stay put.
Bit like Spurs and Eveton in football always linking themselves with the best in football only for them to never get them.
